Our brown butcher paper is made from virgin pulps to make every roll unbleached, unwaxed, and uncoated. This paper is ideal for safe, direct food contact when smoking or resting meat, but not recommended for freezing meat due to its composition. Also designed to be breathable, this paper allows for smoke to penetrate the meat, and for moisture to escape during the smoking process.
